I've gone back to my original remit as writing poetry about a plumber and his dog has lead me to a place which is beyond my comfort zone...
This arvo I went dahn to Southwark to see a recommended comedy noted from another blog. It stated that All Mouth ' is a total must-see. A brilliant, insightful comedy, which really shows the inside track on advertising and luvvies, and had me thinking about the characters for days afterwards'. Given that this person's blog is recommended by the Guardian and the whole of Cheadle, I give it some credibility.
I saw the play and I can't even remember any of the characters. Maybe I missed the punchline but it just wasn't that amusing. Yes it had a political message but I won't be thinking about it in days to come...
As for their coffee - well I was not too impressed.
The latte was served in a half glass. It was very milky and luke warm. Given that I had a thumping head due to having a bit too much red wine the night before I needed further caffeine, so I ordered a capppucccino - which was just as awful.
So don't go there for a coffee before a show.
The plus side?
No one was smoking.

haven't you realised by now that that blog to which you refer is a load of old sh*te, a dreadful car crash of cliched writing and dull ill-thought-through opinion? I realised it when she described Faust as "promenade theatre at its almost-best" - every word of that phrase makes me cringe! All mouth indeed!
