A recipe for Thursday elevenzies.

A recipe sent to me from Los Desterrados.

Apparently they prepare this in between sets!

Amazing facts brought to you from Latte Days, somewhere in North London.

Make coffee in italian percolator - don't let it boil or coffee will scald
Put 120 ml of semi skimmed milk in pyrex jug and micro-wave for 1min 20 secs
Froth milk by hand or with a whisk/frother
Pour coffee into cup
Carefully add frothed milk.

Note the references to safe handling!!
Substitute semi-skimmed regular for organic, don't go for skimmed it just never tastes as good.
