I ended up in London Bridge not because I lost my way to Des Arts de Finch (a phantasy coffee shop near the Bothy) but I had been on a very high-end-yawn-factor training session where I managed to spend the day drawing the head of the person sitting in front of me head who fell asleep. His ears were quite Spock-like.

So the day finished, I had learned 'rien de tout', and ventured off to Butler's Wharf walking along the river.
It was a glorius sunny day.
I found myself at Borough market, tasting some cheese, when I saw a street sign to the Bramagh Tea and Coffee museum. I had enough time to spare so I walked along to find this tiny, weeny, coffee shop/museum with its rickety chairs and tables and plastic table cloths. The coffee shop was full of American tourists who would probably have described the place as 'quaint'. The shop owners looked very familiar - I am sure they also worked at Hendon Library.
Although I had had my caffeine quota for the day, I had to savour the coffee from a place like this. If the Bramagh coffee shop couldn't make good latte froth then it would be the end of the Lattes Days ratings and I would have had to move on with my literary bollocks and write more about things that really matter - like Blue Peter.
Luckily for all my great fans out there in the virtual world, the Bramagh's latte was divine.
The latte, only £1.70, was smooth, soft, lots of good froth, great caramel colour and a strong roast.
I couldn't fault it.
However, the cup that it was served in was stained.
Germs aside I drank it - and skipped along to Butler's Wharf for my evening at the Design Museum full of wine and laughter.

I would like to know if there are any plans to broaden the remit of the Latte Days - perhaps to include a review of fish in north London. I, for one, would be most interested.
please can we see some more glamour shots of the bird featured at Dominic Ferrerra's 90th birthday. She looks like a game girl.
Are there any good coffee shops in Penge?
