is always fun.
Despite having to go with the Xmas flow and say yeah yeah done the decorations and yeah yeah wrapped all the presents and yeah yeah sent my cards out in the summer and yeah yeah got the cranberries ready for the sauce on 25th...etc, I do like this wind down time of year. I seem to have, in recent years, always found a good concert or play to see which ends my year on an artistic high.
So this year, I am seeing the wonderful 'Zum'.
They are great, in my opinion.

- So like a lot of people due to funding cuts etc etc I find myself at 42 on the scrap heap. 16 years of experience working in further education....and tbh it wasn't a career choice that I planned after University. I just landed a job and continued to work in the sector going from project to project. Not very exciting you might think and many times I thought the same. So for one reason or another I find myself looking for that job that will excite, entice and appreciate my knowledge and skills. You'd think it was a no brainer but interviews are getting tougher and tougher and no candidate is left unscathed by the process, I'm going to ue this blog to feedback and reflect on each of my interviews and maybe I will learn something on the way on how to clinch that job.

It was breath taking...what a chilled out evening full of seasonal cheer and mellow fruitfulness. Very mulled wine.
