I walked 22 miles yesterday, in the pouring rain, in 5 hours. Amazing what short legs are capable of. Did I have a coffee? Stupid question. And, yes, I managed to drink, power walk, wear a plastic pac a mac thing and grimace. We got absolutely drenched so today I am as stiff as a board and have a cold looming. If ever you decide to power walk you're supposed to imagine a £20 note in between your buttocks - we were told by our team leader. It helps posture, speed and your core. The buttocks, usually, accept any kind of legitimate currency. Mine held a 100000 shekel note. That's because I'm worth at least half a camel.
The coffee I picked up near Tower Bridge was hot and that's all I can say.

£20? You are SO cheap. When I do pilates we use £50 notes.
