Highgate Woods, Coffee Shop, N10

If you have all day to wait for a coffee, a croissant - for my 5 year old niece (the cafe society starts young these days), and the need to ask for the bill at least 3 times- then this IS the place to visit. On the plus side, to get to the cafe you have to walk through the woods and then you could get served by, Mr Smiley, Gorgeous man who could be from somewhere like, Honolulu, but it's more likey that he resides in Hornsey. Moving on....

Cafe Latte (3): £1.60. Served in a glass. If you order decafe you get a bit of chocolate sprinkly stuff - or was that a ploy to distinguish between the caffeinated ones? People are clever! Temperature was good but it was a bit 'pishy' - new criteria rating and will define later on...

Accessibility (5): It's great if you have kids but not so great if you have a kid intolerance allergy (KIA) or someone else's kids IA - SEKIA.

Wifi (1): It's the Woods - so no - but then again it's all supposed to be virtual....but I do know you would need a plug socket.

Stayability (5): The staff really could forget about you ....

Definition: Pishy derives from the word piss water.
